Great!

We went to this hotel by means of a gift box. We have to say that the hotel is very good, decoration of the area, very spacious room, very comfortable beds, impeccable cleanliness, very friendly treatment, various terraces, very good heating, well located, powerful dryer in the bathroom, as we had spa provided us with bathrobes. The spa has sauna, jet shower and Jacuzzi. I have to say everything very clean!
Continental breakfast with toast, jam, tomato and oil plus a super good croissant!

It’s surreal, a very bad experience

We arrived, hotel closed, it was 4pm Check in time. We had to phone the owner who gave us an access code, the key to our room was placed on the desk. No one in the hotel ...
We asked him for access to the spa (always by phone because nobody at the hotel) he told us that access was for a fee. We replied that the booking instructions were not clear at all and that having no one in the hotel it was difficult to access clear information.
He asked us to apologize to him immediately. We were stunned and not understood.
We went to bed, at 9pm the room landline rang, it was the owner who was at our room door and told us to apologize otherwise we had to leave immediately. He wouldn't pay us back. The scene was surreal. We demanded an immediate refund and we preferred to leave. I specify that he chased us from the hotel, I was in small panties and T-shirt because I was lying down.
The owner came back to get us outside accusing us of stealing the remote control, we had not even turned on the TV... lunar... I went back to the room in the presence of the housekeeper and the owner, I opened all the closets with them and eventually found the famous remote control in a drawer...
Incredible experience, we will obviously file a complaint.

Dire personal management

I couldn't go because of the damage that affects Valencia. Management as people not 0, negative. I tell you that civil protection, traffic and authorities are sending messages not to move and also stressed that we are in the very center of where all the problem is and your answer is “Not my problem”. You have to pay for the full stay. That we Basques are not like that. I hope not. I hope this hotel management is not a representation of the Basque people. I'm gonna trade my vacation for cleaning mud. THANK YOU SO MUCH

Complicated check in, no room keys but need to use cell to unlock doors, which can fail due to bad signal
