Awesome hostal

Beautiful hostal. Great host, makes you feel at home. 3 min from the catherdral, places to see, restaurants and bars. Very clean. I had tiom with sink, but shower and toilet to share. Everything very tidy, clean and nice.
I would reccomend for sure to peregrinos and to other tourists.

I would return to this hotel

I totally recommend it and if I return to León I would stay there again. It is in the center and you can walk everywhere. The rooms are spacious and you don't hear any outside noise. Fernando, its owner, is a charming person and makes you feel like you are at home. I went with my dog and I didn't have any problems...I'll be back!

Good hotel to explore Leon

Was not that easy to find the place, since it is not a typical hotel entrance so I had to ask around, but once I found it I was pleasantly surprised. Had a nice, large room with a balcony, fairly quiet (apart from the doves who enjoyed walking around on the roof of the balcony). Room was clean and pleasant, same with bathroom. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Even though the hotel is just around the corner of some nice restaurants, cafes and bars, it is surprisingly quiet. Owner does a great job in avoiding Corona!

Completely satisfied with the room, the cost and the location.

Hostal San Martin is in an old historic ,but well maintained, building about 300 yards from the cathedral and about 30 yards from the Camino Santiago. It is also in a great pedestrian walking zone that is teeming with restaurants and tapas bars.I only paid 32 euros for a single that was large and had a nice little balcony for sitting or drying clothing. Completely satisfied.
