Please inform Casasjerezanas VistaFlor of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of EUR 100 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by bank transfer. You should be reimbursed on check-out. The deposit will be fully refunded via bank transfer if there is no damage to the property upon inspection after check-out. Once the reservation is made, guests must pay a €100 security deposit and register all travelers through the link that will be provided via messaging at the time of booking. If these two requirements are not completed at least 7 days before check-in, the reservation will be canceled due to noncompliance with the conditions. For reservations made less than 7 days in advance, guests will have 1 hour from the confirmation to fulfill both requirements or cancel free of charge. After this period, if the deposit payment and traveler registration have not been completed, the reservation will be immediately canceled due to noncompliance.
