A few days in Huelva before Christmas

This was our second visit to this Hotel. We visited in Summer 2022 and wanted to experience Huelva at Christmas time. As we had enjoyed our stay the first time, we decided it was the perfect place to be.
The Hotel is less than 5 minutes walk from the train station and situated on the main road into the centre.
The rooms are lovely, bright and clean and shower gel, shampoo and body lotion are all supplied along with other bits and pieces.
The staff are helpful, friendly and smiley. The breakfast manager remembered us and made us feel really welcome. The staff on reception were very welcoming and nothing was a problem. They were very patient with me when I was practicing my Spanish which was lovely.
Rachel on Reception was especially lovely as was Alex in the bar who made me two roses from the napkins on the table. Lena was also helpful when we ate in the bar.
The breakfast buffet had everything you could want for breakfast from fruit, to cooked breakfasts and everything in between.
Without exception, all the staff were welcoming and helpful and we had a lovely stay. If we visit HUelva again, we will definately stay there again and would recommend it whole heartedly.

Don't even think about going.

No hot water at 8:30 in the morning.
Noise from the rooms next door.
Noise air machines.
Broken tank all night.

Clean and well located.

Hotel very well located and a few minutes walk from the center. At reception we were very well served and the hotel was clean and with a very comfortable bed. Satisfied with the stay.

No hot water

Too bad, no hot water. The answer must have been that some guest exhausted the boiler. We had hab floor 2 and 3, and at 8 in the morning no longer hot water. We have contacted you again to make the complaint and you do not reply.

Clean and comfortable

Brand new hostel. It’s super clean, very comfortable, and walking distance to everything. The staff was great-helpful and knowledgeable about the town. We drove to a nearby beach and it was amazing, as well. If you are going to Huelva, we would highly recommend this hostel!
