Unforgettable birthday.
The hotel is beautiful, very well located, and the staff is exceptional. The afternoon snack detail is much appreciated. The premium room was very spacious and the bathroom looked like a hammam. It was my husband's birthday and they gifted us a bottle of champagne in the room. A great touch, without a doubt, we recommend it 100%.

Lovely charming hotel in the Center of Granada
A lovely hotel in the centre of Granada, with everything within walking distance and the Alhambra right opposite. Extremely friendly staff, and the rooms are clean and beautiful. As well as the fantastic breakfast, there’s also afternoon tea with light snacks and drinks. We were completely satisfied and can wholeheartedly recommend this charming little hotel.

Top hotel
Very nice small boutique hotel in the center of Granada. Warm welcome. Quiet rooms. Nice attention in the afternoon with teatime and snacks.
Nice breakfast.
Alhambra can be reached on foot from the hotel.

One star because it is not possible to give zero.
A real shame that a hotel as beautiful as Casa 1800 Granada can offer such a disappointing experience. From first thing in the morning, the staff themselves would come in during shift changes talking and laughing loudly, waking us up at 5-6 in the morning without any respect for the guests' rest.
Our room did not have elevator access and we also did not receive help with our luggage. During the afternoon it was impossible to rest due to extremely noisy construction work in the adjacent building. Despite our complaints, the hotel's response was minimal and we finally had to go down ourselves to complain to those responsible for the construction work.
The most disappointing thing was the lack of attention and solutions from the hotel and from Cristina, the person in charge at that time. As the only “compensation” they offered us a 10% discount for a future stay, the same one that anyone gets when subscribing to their newsletter.
A beautiful building, but a terrible experience and customer service far below what was expected. We will not return and we cannot recommend it. For us, 0/10.
