All very well, the hotel very well located, the spacious room, everything very clean, the only thing that the room overlooked an inner courtyard and one day there was a mix-up and we were not made the room.
Breakfast buffet very good.

Lack of education and empathy

We just stayed just today about 14:00 hours upon arrival the key q allows access to the room does not work after several attempts with the receptionist open the door. We go out to eat coming back after two hours it doesn't work again after reclaiming the receptionist with chullcoat tone and laughing m manifests q is problem of the pile and q is not problem of yours q is alone and q can't do anything with what I ask for the claim sheet and laughing m says q already m will give it in the end a totally negative experience with what I won't repeat this hotel and I don't recommend it

Outraged

I'm outraged with this hotel. When I was there was a rally of workers protesting the dismissal of an employee claiming his rights.

Location worked out ok for us as close to bus and metro - about 15min walk to train- not a bad place just in need of upgrade and the last uograde a bit poorly done- good bfast and nice staff
