Lousy, sorry.

Sorry to treat the guest. They made a mistaken reservation and did not provide facilities to solve it. The owner was superb, at first she didn't want to show her face. Unfortunate. They won't let you pay through Booking, they ask for your card.

It doesn't really have an elevator but considering it's a one Ace hotel it can't have the comforts of one out of 5. Attentive staff at all times and excellent cleanliness. Very comfortable mattresses for rest. In the center of Gijón and 2 minutes from the beach walking to enjoy these hot days

Hotels in Gijon

We have been staying for two nights and the truth is that the hotel is small but it is clean and very well maintained. It is a highly recommended hotel since it is located in an area of Gijón where you do not need the car at all and you have both the beach and the old town of Gijón. The city is very close. The hotel managers are very attentive people who care at all times about making your stay a pleasant one.

A cry of robbery

Owner committed the crime of theft by using my payment details, to steal €50 after my check out.
There is no elevator access to the room on the 1st floor. And it omits this information in the services.
They enter the room in the client's absence and go through the client's personal things.
It has no soundproofing.
