We will not return, the accommodation price does not match the reservation

I made the reservation by phone because it came out cheaper than through a platform that I already had the reservation made for, which I canceled; however, when we paid for the room they charged us more, arguing that the price for the child for an extra bed was 25 euros, however, another family that accompanied us and arrived a little later were not charged for it. I feel cheated. We will not return.

Great location

The hotel is in a beautiful location with a lovely swimming pool. Inside the decor is beautiful and the rooms are a good size. However some rooms have adjoining doors which is great for families but we could hear everything going on the room adjoined to us. The shower in room three sprayed everywhere and was ineffective.
The food in the restaurant was delicious and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Eye if you book!!!

We didn't even have dinner. We made a phone reservation for dinner, confirmed at the time of the call. We did 30 km to arrive (we were in Puebla) and when we arrived we were told that the reservation had entered late. They didn't flinch, they didn't apologize. It even looked like it was our fault for calling at 7.30. I'm not coming back.

Mid-journey rest stop

We stopped here for a rest and a bite to eat on our way to the south coast. It was so good we stopped there on our return a few days later. Both the food and service was very good and the atmosphere was lively and friendly. But be warned....portion sizes are very generous!
This is now our go to stop whenever we drive down to the south coast.
