Stayed at the hotel Victoria in Gran Canaria in March 2019 . Our stay at this hotel was an amazing holiday . The food
Was was brilliant something for everyone . The rooms were loverly and clean and spacious and modern. The staff were so friendly nothing was too much trouble for them , the outside eating restaurant was loverly steaks chicken or burgers with chips or salad all cooked and prepared fresh .
Outside pools and sun beds and bar all excellent. Met some really nice other guests who we still are in contact with . Can’t wait till November the 21st 2019 we will be
Back There again this yr . If you want an excellent holiday with Excellent food and accommodation with amazing hotel staff then stay at the Victoria you will not be disappointed
That’s why we are heading back again . See you soon

Unfortunate choice

Hotel in urgent need of renovation. Very old rooms, we were left with the door of the closet opening it. Bad Wi-Fi and weak cell signal in the rooms. They have a parking fee (10 euros per night in this season) mandatory since the hotel is in the center. I won't go back

Awful staff

I stayed one night here to meet a local friend. I got to my room for leaving my bag and my friend went with me, cause we planned to eat in the hotel restaurant together. But when arriving to the room the phone rang immediately, it was the lady at the front desk. She was very rude and asked my friend to leave right away. That it was threir policy with no guests at the room. This has never happend me before, and I find it very strange to not even be visiting the room for a hotel guest.
We went down to the reception, and tve lady was continue to be rude to us. So we went to another restaurant for sure!
Never going back here….

Recommended second choice

Hotel in the downtown area of it right ejido to stay for business.
If it is for tourism there are better hotels in better areas.
Hotel restaurant highly recommended although somewhat slow.
The hotel has been renovating but slower than necessary.
Breakfast somewhat loose.
I usually stay there for work but if I find better price in almerimar hotels, I prefer them to this one.

Not bad

One over night stay in this hotel- fantastic roof terrace- excellent parking for the car- receptionist poor- did not ask us re our room or stay , she said nothing- room adequate- no extra pillows or blankets in the cupboard- situation excellent
