Pleasant surprise.

We have been here this Saturday, Sunday, and Monday, and the experience could not have been better. All the staff have been super friendly and attentive at all times, from the cleaning ladies to the waiters, always making sure we lacked nothing and making us feel at home.
Room with the sea in front.
Special mention to Pepe, the gentleman at the reception, who has truly been incredible with us. We arrived and could not find parking, and he kindly moved one of his cars to let us park. Additionally, although check-in was later, he allowed us to enter the room at 12 noon when we arrived, instead of waiting until 4 PM.
We also forgot an umbrella at home, and he himself lent us one so we could enjoy the beach during our stay, which we returned when we left. And today, when we asked him what time we had to leave the room, he told us they did not need it occupied and that we could leave whenever we wanted. Thanks to that, we were able to eat peacefully, shower, rest a bit, and leave around four in the afternoon.
Pepe is a super kind, approachable, and professional person, one of those who make a stay go from good to unforgettable. It is a pleasure to find people like that.
100% recommended quality/price.
Without a doubt, we will return and recommend it to everyone.

Peace of mind, good food

Years ago we went to this hotel as a couple and we loved it for its cleanliness ,quiet, family atmosphere and sympathy of the staff. It has been a few years of making longer trips and we decided to go back to our children. After reading some negative comments we were with a little low expectation but I have to say that we leave pleasantly happy with the polite, friendly and attentive Service both in the restaurant, as well as in the reception and in the room service. We have been at half board and the food was very good as always. The views of the terrace while eating spectacular (at beach walk) .the food is type menu and for me it is something to thank because it is more elaborate than the typical buffets, it is not a menu with many dishes but for us it was perfect.Lunch they put us toast, jam, juice and croasanes , it is not buffet but for us very well. The quiet pool, we were alone. It is not a large pool but enough to cool down. For us it is certainly our hotel of peace and quiet , away from the crowded hotels that to eat people go elbows in the buffet , here is a place to rest and enjoy the beach little crowded because parking is quite difficult. The only thing I have found negative was the sound that made the fans of the terrace that detract from the charm of the place when you are eating that should be something quieter but otherwise very perfect.

Not a great experience.

Poor service and food at el chalet. I wouldn’t recommend the restaurant. The waiter appeared tired and disinterested (we did arrive at 10pm). When we commented that the ice cream (individual tub) appeared to have been opened previously, no replacement was offered. Please see picture for portion. This was chops as delivered.

We were very disappointed with the paella

We were only eating in the restaurant. The service was super slow to have the menu of the day, the paella was bad, very salty, the toilet cisterns were broken... to improve. The only good thing is its location with the beach next door, children can go down to play.

Not very relaxing.

The hotel is very noisy because it is poorly soundproofed. It's a shame because on the sea side the rooms have a nice view of the bay, even if the latter is too crowded with buildings. Ordinary breakfast but on a pleasant sunny terrace.
