How you don’t say went we buy a tickect for Madrid España we need to have a visa just for get another fly in Mexico and you keep all my 1,700 dollars that not nice

Neatness good. But no receptionist and no one to help, no fridge, microwave, kitchen nor dinning. Again no one answer calls. A difficult hostel to lodge, thanks.

Disappointing

Disappointing this hostel. When we arrived the reception was good, the bedroom and the bathroom were clean, however, we felt missing a meal area and a garbage dump in the bathroom. As the days passed the cleaning was not done, and worse, we were left without toilet paper. We contacted the hostel, we didn't get a response on time, that is, we had to get out with paper sheets. An experience not to repeat, of course!

They promised I could get in if I called when I let them know my plane would be late and then they never let me in. Worst customer service ever. They should be banned from Expedia.
