Rooms were spotless and the staff were immediately available if help was needed. We didnt need our room made up one day and left a sign saying do not disturb. They put a letter under the door thanking us for letting them know we didnt need it cleaning, but if we changed our minds just let reception know. Very accomodating.
Staff are friendly and helpful at all times. Always happy to go above and beyond.
Pool is lovely to break away from the city. Never crowded and plenty of poolside, terraced tables and grass to utilise.

Superior Room? I don't think so!
Booked on booking.com paid extra for a superior room but got a very dated and scruffy room .The staff were nice but that's about it .

Great hotel. Nice to get away from the hustle and bustle of barcelona and stay in a local area. Lots of amenities, bars and restaurants within a few minutes walk. Nice quiet area with friendly people always happy to help.
Excellent transport connections. Metro, team and train on your doorstep and the bus to the airport (L77) goes from outside of the front door.
Staff were superb. Always friendly, warm and attentive. Pool is lovely and is surrounded by a lot of seating and open space. Highly recommend the hotel.

The hotel is about 20–25 minutes from Barcelona city centre, but it’s located in a quiet and peaceful neighbourhood. The nearest train and metro station is about a 6–8 minute walk away, which made getting around fairly convenient. We found the train service to be somewhat unreliable. On a few occasions, the train didn’t arrive at the scheduled time, or didn’t show up at all, so I would recommend using the metro instead whenever possible, as we found it to be more reliable.
Unfortunately, the walls are very thin, and you can easily hear people opening and closing doors in the neighbouring rooms. This was a real issue during our stay, as we had very noisy neighbours who would come back from partying around 2–4 AM and were extremely loud. We were woken up multiple times during the night, which made it difficult to get a good night’s sleep.
Overall, the location was peaceful and convenient, but the poor soundproofing and unreliable train service were significant downsides.
Unfortunately, the walls are very thin, and you can easily hear people opening and closing doors in the neighbouring rooms. We highly recommend this hotel if in the area.
We stayed one night pre cruise (20 min taxi ride from port).
Didn’t pre book breakfast but they fitted us in no problem. Well worth the 15 eur per head as they had a great selection of hot or cold items and I have to say they kept the dining area super clean and the food was well topped up.
