The worst experience of our lives and 9 year old daughter remembers it so far.

Very bad experience at Parador de Ceuta.
The parking lot is poorly organized, which blocked another customer who wanted to take out his car and had to wait. Despite our apologies, this client was aggressive towards me by shouting and insulting me, even though I am a woman.
Most shocking is the attitude of the staff, who justified their behaviour instead of intervening. The manager was disrespectful, made an inappropriate gesture to silence us and threatened to call the police and evict us, even though we had paid for our stay in advance.
A problem can happen, but not disrespect. Very disappointing.
And that day our room was not made (cleaning, change of sheets .... nothing ) it is disappointing when we had paid in advance through the site 248€ for 2 nights to spend the worst 2 days of our lives. No respect from the manager when it is their fault and their bad organization of the parking. Instead of calming down the other client, he tried to call the police and humiliated us in front of everyone.

Violent experience

I had to live through an experience that I don't think is pleasant for anyone when the hotel manager grabbed a person by the neck and ripped the phone away for wanting to record, and another person who was also complaining, he grabbed by the hands and told them to shut up... I certainly don't plan on returning and I don't recommend anyone go; for wanting to record, it seems acting like that is very normal at this place.

Avoid this hotel the personal is just unprofessional and rude

Worst experience ever ! Avoid this hotel , there are better place , for y desk unprofessional and rude . The place does not worth any stars resgarding to their front desk staff
