Good food, beautiful landscapes, and tranquility.

I have stayed with my husband and my adult son for four days in this hotel. It is very well located, with views of the famous New Bridge over the Ter River. The rooms are spacious and everything is very clean and organized; those facing the river lull you to sleep. The food is very good. The staff is very polite and friendly, and the pool is wonderful. The surroundings are very green and suitable for hiking and biking. The village is small but has all the services, pedestrian streets, and medieval and modernist buildings.
We will return more often.

Disappointment

Small room, the door could not be opened collided with the bed.
Super small sink, lots of noise
From super cold cars the radiators
He didn't warm up enough.
The mediocre breakfast
We're not coming back...

not going wifi

the hotel is pretty fair, walls facilities..., the wifi was not working. the only good thing breakfast. the parking a little uncomfortable

Not at all enjoyable

Stayed there 4 nights as part of a Just You solo’s holiday.
Pros.
Central location
Nice room size
Lovely gardens
Cons
Blind covering the window. Attempted to open it and it fell off. It was just resting on 3 brackets
View from the window was a wall and window about 4 foot away
Shower as big as a telephone box
Wi-fi reception hit and miss in the room, marginally better in the bar.
Breakfast: continental, no cooked breakfast.
Dinner. On the first nights the dessert was a cornetto ice cream. You have to order dinner the day before. Choice of 2 starters, 2 mains and 1 dessert.
Some of us (myself included) returned some dinners as they were undercooked and lukewarm warm.
I honestly cannot see how this is a 3 starters rated hotel. I have stayed in better B&B’s.

Dirty bathroom and neglected room in general

I went with my daughter. They gave us a very small room and without any comfort. The window was facing an interior and we also had to close the window so we wouldn't hear the noise of a generator or something.
They had neglected to clean the bathroom: there were hairs in the sink and in the bathtub. They came to clean it as soon as we sent videos via whatsapp that they had been contacting us about since we had booked. Then the property told us why we hadn't gone straight to the hotel, that they had seen the wp by chance because they had that Service outsourced (as if we had to know).
No details or compensation for it.
The sidebar in the tub came off the wall, a piece of tile was missing and the shower hose was not attached.
We will not return or recommend it to anyone.
We do not feel comfortable or welcome.
