Beautiful structure, but attention is needed to improve the details.
I stayed in this facility for a few nights in May. We were staying at the Park Hotel, the smallest structure in the group. The rooms are cozy, with a beautiful view of the sea, and the location is truly wonderful.
Unfortunately, however, the cleanliness did not meet expectations: the bed was made rather superficially, and we found hair on the bathroom floor multiple times that did not belong to us. Probably because our room was the last one in the hallway and a not perfectly clean rag was used.
The most negative aspect, however, was the absence of a phone in the room. For any needs, we had to go down to the reception every time. Apparently, the entire floor was lacking this, but no one had informed us: I found it very inconvenient and also somewhat unsafe, especially in case someone felt unwell being alone in the room.
On the positive side, the possibility of accessing the other facility of the group and enjoying all the services, such as the spa, pool, and restaurant, was very good.
The facility certainly has great potential, and many staff members were kind and professional, but in some cases, greater attention to detail and the concept of hospitality would be necessary. In the spa, for example, there were guests who were talking and shouting loudly without anyone intervening to maintain a relaxing environment. The massage also did not seem particularly professional, while one of the entertainers had an overly familiar attitude: those who choose this type of stay often wish to relax in peace, without too much noise or excessive familiarity.
However, there are also many positive aspects that make the stay enjoyable: the outdoor grill is truly beautiful and creates a very evocative atmosphere, the friendliness of a good part of the staff was appreciated, and even small details, like the scent of fresh flowers in the lobby, contribute to making the environment elegant and welcoming.
A special thanks to the pool staff, Eva and Mario, who were very professional, and also to the older lifeguard, I believe his name was Julio.
The stay was nonetheless pleasant: both facilities are beautiful, well-maintained, and equipped with every comfort, in a truly splendid location.

Would strongly discourage anyone from booking this hotel. It is EXTREMELY dated. Our bathroom light fixture was 2 hospital-style fluorescent beams, only one of which worked. Empty body wash container, so bring your own toiletries. The view faced an abandoned building full of unhoused individuals. Felt extremely uneasy the entire time. Big, big yikes all around. The hotel across the street (which you get access to for their spa and "beach") has a restaurant called "Krystel Nacht", which is so incredibly disturbing that we walked out before dining.

A wonderful stay at Hotel Bonanza Park!
We had a fantastic stay at Bonanza Park. The location is excellent, the hotel is comfortable and well maintained, and the staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay.
We especially loved the atmosphere, the beautiful surroundings, and how easy it was to get around Mallorca from the hotel. The area is peaceful while still being close to Palma and the sea.
We had a wonderful time in Mallorca, and Bonanza Park was a great place to stay. We would definitely come back and highly recommend it! ❤️

This hotel is aweful. I would never ever to back and I would not recommend this to no one.
Staff is rude. We went out with some Friends and spent the night at their house. When we came back to the hotel they had rented out our room to somebody else. Seriously this is the worst place.

Terrible rude service
I give it a terrible review. I don’t normally leave reviews, but this hotel service was the first time I felt that it ruined my vacation experience. Very racist staff and very rude staff. If I went up to ask a question, the staff would ask if I had a room there as if I didn’t. The hotel service was terrible and rude. We asked for a waste can 3 times and each time we were told it’s coming. Not once did they bring it. They gave us the wrong keycard to another room when one of ours wasn’t working….The guy who works there was wanting to charge us for random payments and had us pay extra for another guest even though we booked the room as two twin beds. The parking was a rip off. 18 euros a night for the garage to be full. As soon as we entered our room, there were hundreds of flies all around. I can understand a couple, but this way too many and made the room feel dirty. The bathtub had no curtain or glass wall to contain the spray of water so the entire bathroom would get soaked when you showered. I had high hopes because the pictures and reviews looked really nice. But the service was terrible and felt racist almost. I would never book this hotel again.
