Dream wedding

Celebrating our wedding at this restaurant was a true success. Everything turned out magnificent and exceeded our expectations. The food was delicious, the dishes arrived perfectly cooked, and the portions were very generous. Additionally, we want to highlight the treatment from the staff; the entire team was wonderful, attentive, and friendly at all times. Our guests congratulated us on the great service! Without a doubt, a perfect place for an unforgettable day.

Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in

If I could give this place a zero I would. Dirty, smelly, no ac, the window blinds are broken, the bed is falling apart. Worse than all of that is the guy at reception couldn’t be any ruder. Run from this hotel and never look back.

Old, expensive hotel and without air conditioning. You cannot sleep with the heat there is, it is horrible!!!!

They allow pets for an additional fee.

Hotel Sena is under construction and we were not informed. It is very hot and does not have air conditioning. Highlighting the cleanliness of the rooms. The restaurant staff is very kind and parking is not an issue. Very well located.

FATAL

We held my sister's communion there; the menu would have been fine if it weren't for the fact that the first batch of clams they served us was reheated, probably from the day before, as they must have had another communion or something like that, and they must have given us those because they had leftovers. They were dry and tough, just like some of the shrimp. The children had a set menu with milanesa and pizza for snack, which was terrible because they served the pizza for lunch and changed the milanesa they had arranged for churrasco "for the snack" since, theoretically, they had run out. They also did not serve milanesa or churrasco for the snack. They served mini chorizo sandwiches and mini hamburgers, which was not agreed upon in the menu. The waiter leaves much to be desired; he was quite unpleasant when serving. Smoking in the kitchen, where the food is prepared, and the event coordinator was very, very unprofessional. Without a doubt, we will not return.
