Very nice experience

Very warm welcome in this beautiful, recently renovated hotel. The apartments with bedrooms overlooking the street are very pleasant. Large, beautiful volume with 2 balconies overlooking Calle Ancha. Very clean, excellent welcome. Christina and Christian, who both speak French, do everything to make your stay pleasant. Small mention for the always smiling maid. We will come back to either the Palacio or the Armador.

Great stay

We brought our dog and they had 2 bowls ready as well as a very comfy pillow for him. He was one happy camper which made our stay enjoyable cuz we were able to go downstairs for coffee and he enjoyed his comfy bed. Place was clean and perfect location down town

Loved this stylish and light apartment

Wow! We utterly loved this stylish and light apartment on what has to be one of Cadiz’s best streets. Mari gave us a very warm welcome and all the information we needed. The apartment itself (2A) is fabulous: in a gracious old building, it has high ceilings, elegant windows and balconies facing the pedestrianised street, is stylishly furnished and is spotlessly clean. Neutral tones and bright artwork added to the ambience. And it smelled great!
Slept very well as the bedroom is in the middle of the building, facing into a central courtyard.
Spotted that there was a washing machine, which would be handy for longer stays.
We were able to leave our bags for an hour after we checked out at another property they own just a couple of doors down.
Had the weather forecast been better, we would have stayed longer than the one night we booked. We will in any case be back.

An amazing apartment in a stunning city.

Situated on a pedestrian only street, this lovely apartment hotel was the perfect getaway after being quarantined for almost 3 months. Our apartment was spacious, with a very comfortable bed. The reception people (Beatrice and Jacqueline) were a delight. The walk to the beach was only 10 minutes through atmospheric streets. We can't say enough about the housekeeping staff. They cleaned our apartment every 2 days. They were friendly, happy to be doing their job and taking care of us. We had a slight problem with the hot water in the bathroom sink, which was fixed right away. We didn't want to leave!! We can highly recommend Casa Palacio Cadiz without reservation.

Terrible Service, do not stay here!

We had this hotel booked for a once in lifetime vacation to Spain. Due to the pandemic our flights were cancelled. This hotel refused to refund our stay, we have disputed and taken it all the way to Visa but this place of business still refused to do the right thing. ALL of hotels in Spain that we had booked refunded, this one (which was the most expensive) has stolen our money. 4 nights, $800 lost. DO NOT BOOK HERE, bad business practices. I contacted them via email prior to our stay and the manager told me "we are open but once you arrive you cannot leave the property" I explained that our flight was cancelled, we could not even arrive but they would not budge.We are not "all in this together" when you are stealing money and not able to render services. It was Visa's recommendation to leave a poor review.
