Sure hit.
The accommodation is beautiful and charming as it combines modern with the essence of its exposed brick vault ceilings. It is located in the city center. You have everything to hand. Highly recommended.

THEY LEFT US LYING IN THE STREET
We book by phone and pay a higher rate for arriving outside reception opening hours. We were asked to give 20 minutes notice before we arrived. About the estimated arrival time we sent another message saying that we were delayed by cuts in streets and works that made it difficult for us to access. We no longer responded to this message. We arrived at the apartment and no one expected us. We phoned repeatedly but they didn't answer. The doorman at the pub downstairs confirmed that no one had gone. They dropped us off on the street and it was past 1:30am.
I don’t doubt that the apartments are wonderful, but we need more responsibility with the business. I don't recommend it at all

Very comfortable and clean
We booked one night, the apartment is great, whirlpool bathtub, shower, giant bed two TV, in room and lounge that has sofa bed, small kitchen and terrace. The attention of Fran and Lydia spectacular, plus if you need parking is also available. Very good price 55€ a room and 14€ a parking.

We will repeat
The apartments were beautiful, we were on the ground floor, very central, comfortable bed and everything very clean. But at night, on weekends, there is a nightlife place next door, so you could hear noise until the early hours of the morning, we also missed blankets, and there was no kitchenware for 4 people, there were only 2 glasses, 3 plates, 3 cups....

Mala experiencia pero peor gestión y trato del propietario
Al hacer el check-in, a las 20:00 h, encontramos el suelo de la habitación lleno de hormigas. Avisamos inmediatamente al establecimiento y, pese a que nos aseguró que acudiría alguien, estuvimos aproximadamente dos horas esperando sin que nadie apareciera.
Finalmente, la única “solución” fue indicarnos telefónicamente que fuéramos al almacén a recoger un insecticida y que lo aplicáramos nosotros mismos. El fuerte olor del producto hizo imposible dormir en la habitación, por lo que tuvimos que recolocar a las cuatro personas en las otras dos habitaciones que habíamos reservado. Pagamos por una habitación que no pudimos utilizar.
Lo más decepcionante fue la gestión posterior. Al reclamar a Booking, aportando fotos de la habitación y el registro de llamadas con el personal de Cáceres Deluxe, el propietario, en lugar de buscar una solución y asumir su responsabilidad, trasladó a Booking la culpa al cliente, alegando que había comida en la habitación.
Además, el alojamiento anuncia parking privado, cuando en realidad se trata de un parking público situado aproximadamente a 2 km.
Una experiencia muy negativa, no tanto por la incidencia inicial, que puede ocurrir, sino por la absoluta falta de respuesta, responsabilidad y solución por parte del propietario.
