You’re definitely not at the Hilton

This is not a bad hostel, especially at the price. It is well located, being on a main road into the city centre and with good amenities nearby. However, our room was falling apart (loose fittings), there was no lock on the toilet door, and for some reason, the toilet was raised on a plinth (giving a new meaning to spending time on the throne). The room must have last been decorated somewhere in the mid 70s. No wifi at all and there is no 24-hour reception, as advertised. However, despite its shortcomings, the receptionist was friendly and helpful and we would certainly consider staying there again.

Terrible experience

Cigarette smoke smell, toilet smell, trying to hide smells with strong irritating perfume, had to wait 10 mins for receptionist to arrive, no refund even without staying at the hostel and after all this bad experience.

Estupendo en relación a calidad - precio

Nos hospedamos en este hostal con motivo de una visita a unos amigos. Se encuentra a 20 min andando de la catedral y a 15 del Museo de Evolución Humana. Ideal para familias por su precio. Además admiten mascotas y cuenta con alojamiento de bicicletas, pues está situado en pleno paso del Camino de Santiago.

Un Hostal que deberia ser pension, limpieza escasa, y habitacion justita para dos personas.
No hay parking y por la zona es bastante dificil aparcar.
Lo bueno es parada bus en la puerta,para ir al centro, y muchas cafeterias y restaurantes donde desayunar y comer al rededor de dicho hostal

No recomendable para familias o parejas

Lo único destacable es la simpatía de la persona que nos atendió a la llegada. El portal olía rancio, la habitación que nos toco, tenia las sabanas rotas y otras manchadas de algo rojo anaranjado. La tele atada con cadenas y el baño muy viejo y mal mantenido. La mesa de la tele y una mesilla con migas de pan. Las ventanas muy viejas y apenas se podían cerrar bien. El cordón de la persiana con mucha suciedad. En fin la experiencia .
