Very noisy
The hotel is well located, halfway between Murcia and Caravaca de la Cruz. It is very well accessed as it is next to the road. The rooms are comfortable, although they lack some refreshment (cracks, old furniture with cigar burns, etc). The biggest problem is noise, not cars. Echoing corridors, very annoying when people walk by. If someone in the hotel pulls the string, it can be heard in every room. The worst part is that the cleaning service begins to "make" the rooms at 8 in the morning, without taking into account the rest of the guests, so the rest ends soon. They are in too much of a hurry considering that the check out is rather later.

To be a 3*** hotel has several details unfixed:
The shower stand was broken and the way could not be placed on the wall. Bathroom mirror bulbs have no tulip. One bulb was melted and broken and the other one looks bad without the tulip. There's a bit of slack. I found the price very high 70€ a night without breakfast, when the official price according to the listing that the hotel has, is 45€ a single night.

Nothing recommended!
Absolutely nefarious. We were given a room with the dirty toilet and also arrived at 01:30 in the morning, after an act, and the bed had no sheets! We had to call reception to get the sheets laid, it had never happened to us. We do not recommend it at all

We feel cheated by this hotel!!!
We stayed for 1 night on October 11 and paid directly to the hotel for 2 rooms including breakfast.
When checking out, the old, angry man at the counter made us pay for breakfast (35.10 euros).
Afterwards the hotel manager promised to refund the money by email.
To date we have not received anything.

Nobody spoke anything than Spanish
Small hotel just near the highway. Although it was near the highway we did not hear any big noise from the cars. Restaurant is in the basement and it was quite cold during the meals. Breakfast was served in hotel bar and variety was quite small and poor. Rooms where nice and clean but with no shelves in wardrobe. It was frustrating to start any conversation as nobody spoke any foreign language. Not even receptionist spoke anything than Spanish.
