Everything perfect✔️

I stayed at this pension for a long time and I highly recommend it to everyone who wants to spend a few days in this city full of culture. The area is also well connected to the main surrounding cities. The cleanliness is excellent, the common areas outside and the interior room are very comfortable, the room well equipped and the owner very helpful.

Pension.

Simple and modest accommodation. The gentleman who runs it is very kind. We stayed in a room with terrace. The beds were uncomfortable and the cushions on the terrace chairs were very deteriorated. It has a shared kitchen and a very nice garden. Nearby it parks well, but it is somewhat removed from the points of interest of Borja.

Sin orientación al cliente

Fuimos a un festival de musica a Borja y por un error reservamos el dia posterior al que queriamos hospedarnos y nos dimos cuenta justo delante de la puerta de la pensión. La persona que nos atendió nos comentó que estaba completo y que no tenía habitaciones. Nos cobró el 50% del importe de la reserva por cancelación aunque le explicamos que se trató de un error humano y que no ibamos a ocupar esa habitación en la fecha que teníamos reservada. El propietarío tenia derecho a esta penalizacion pero creo que no es la mejor de tratar a los clientes. Intentar ganar 30€ por un error de un cliente me parece un error.

Desgraciadamente al equivocarse en el día de entrada reservado, y por lo tanto presentarse un día antes, no habia habitaciones disponibles para alojarse. Estaban todas las habitaciones reservadas para la fecha anterior a su fecha reservada. Tengo que respetar las habitaciones reservas para el día, y a las personas que ya han realizado el Chek in. Si hubiera avisado del error con suficientes plazo se podría a ver solucionado en mi alojamiento u otro similar. Al haberse presentado a las 20:30 horas ya no se pudo hacer nada. Ya lo siento, un saludo.

Estancia muy agradable

Sitio muy agradable para alojarte y tranquilo. La persona q nos atendió muy amable. Todo super limpio, las camas muy comodas y un jardín muy agradable para desayunar. Todo fenomenal. Al pueblo puedes ir dando un paseito.

No hay q pedir peras al olmo

Como su nombre indica es una pensión y nada más . Solo para ir de pasada y pasar una noche. La habitación sin aire acondicionado y sobretodo sin luz en la mesilla de noche. El encargado muy amable y servicial pero nada más . El precio un poco estirado para lo q es . Pero si hay q decir que estaba muy limpio. Está un poco alejado del centro de Borja
