The staff is the best, outstanding

Hello, to whom it may concern, I have been staying for several years at the Alda hotel in Boiro and little by little it is improving, but I want to highlight above all the staff, and especially Sandra for her great professionalism, kindness and attention and I do not want to forget the room maids or cleaning staff for their good work, great efficiency and kindness.
Thank you very much for making our stay so pleasant.

a strange weekend in a noisy hotel

A lot of noise through the old doors. Noise from the neighbor's TV. The TV plug held by a bench.
The shower with curtain and old fashioned.
All weekend I couldn't rest because of the noises.
Coffee and chocolate were dirty water. No trays to grab the food.
Anyway they have a lot to adapt to be called a hotel.
Clean if I was..
No heating or air conditioning.

No me han gustado las ventanas. El ruído de las tuberías y de la cisterna. Falta de luz en el escritorio. Me gustaría contar con acondicionador o crema de cuerpo para después de la ducha. También cambiaría la recepción online por una persona física en su momento. Lo de más todo bien.
