It couldn't be better.

My wife and I stayed here last weekend, and everything was perfect.
The location is excellent, and it is a very clean, very quiet place, with good breakfasts; the staff is very attentive and friendly (especially the guy at night and the girl in the morning), and the pool on the terrace is great!!
Just one observation... The yellow sofa in the reception area needs a good cleaning already

Normal.

The room is fine, the treatment from the staff is excellent, the problem is the food; on the first day I arrived, I had fideuà and it was hard, the rice one day was hard and another day tasteless, the only thing that was edible was breakfast and dinner, because you can eat it with anything.

Disappointing.

It is a very basic three-star hotel, indeed. I see the photos that appear on their website and I am very surprised because my room, certainly, did not resemble them: the drawers of the wardrobe were broken, and there were also some chips in the wall. Only one elevator was functioning, with a capacity for four people without luggage; managing to use it during meal times was like winning the lottery. It is worth noting that most of the guests were retirees. The meals were frankly improvable, but I must say that, from what I saw, there were very few waiters and cooks for the needs of the hotel, and they had extremely long working hours; they were the same ones at 8 in the morning for breakfast and at 11 at night cleaning up after dinner. It is impossible to do better.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE, I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.

They have little staff, only one of the two elevators is working, which has been out of service for more than a month, and each person is told a different story. The working elevator is very dirty; I believe they never clean it, neither the windows nor the door. The wine served during meals is given to you opened; I think they refill it. They do not allow refilling the water bottles, and a lady had her bottle taken away. The food is not bad, but it is scarce and repetitive. At mealtime, three hotels gather to eat, and it creates quite a mess. I am diabetic, and I told the cook that I needed a dessert for diabetes, and he told me to go to the supermarket to buy something sugar-free. They served pizza for dinner uncut, and my wife went to cut it with the tongs, but they yelled that it would break, and she started tearing it apart with her hands in front of everyone. The shower does not work well; I mentioned it at reception, and nothing was done. The pillows are terrible; one person from the group requested another, and nothing has happened since. Overall, the hotel is a disaster.
P.S. AT RECEPTION AND THE BAR, THEY LEAVE A SIGN THAT SAYS 'BACK IN 30 MINUTES.'
I WILL NEVER RETURN; THE EXPERIENCE HAS BEEN BAD.

Room maintenance was absolutely zero

It is a hotel that leaves much to be desired regarding room maintenance. Walls unpainted, broken wardrobe doors, drawers that do not close, on the terrace you cannot even lean against the railing because it scraped from the lack of paint, the access doors to the terrace are made of wood (barely painted) and a glass panel, which means they neither insulate from cold or heat nor soundproof from the outside. The safe is tiny, nothing fits in it, we could not use it. We would not recommend it, as the maintenance of the facilities in a three-star hotel should not be so neglected.
