We had a very nice stay overall
The staff was friendly, helpful and very communicative via WhatsApp, which made everything smooth!
Unfortunately, the hotel was very friendly and helpful. We could hear the neighbours talking, coughing and even their more private moments. Doors slamming were also clearly heard.
The bathroom and balcony felt slightly worn, but otherwise the accommodation was pleasant. Considering the price, it is an affordable option, especially if you are not too sensitive to sound.
Unfortunately, the hotel was very friendly and helpful. We could hear the neighbours talking, coughing and even their more private moments. Doors slamming were also clearly heard.

CALLING IT DISGUSTING IS BEING KIND!
Do Not book this hotel,
Under any circumstance do not book here, it is the worst hotel in benidorm, the man on reception does not speak English, and even translating to him in spanish he doesn't understand what is going on, it's like he's high or something! one of the sofas in the reception has a stain on and I do not want to know where it it came from, the table in reception is broken and unsafe
Now I must speak about the room,
What an absolute joke! The headboard for the bed covers half the light switch so it puts pressure on the switch causes a electrical zapping noise, and when me and my husband asked to changed rooms, the receptionist just laughed and said we can't move rooms, so instead decided to move the headboard behind the bed, which is very unprofessional in my opinion, what a stupid idea becasue the corners of the makeshift head board (somebody had used scrap pieces of wood and stuck them together with glue) meet with the edge of the bed so as soon as you lie down
It nearly takes your eye out or end up with it stabbing you in the head! So the only solution was to move it upright against the wardrobe which is another health hazard.
And when you think it can't get any worse! Well in the bathroom above the toilet was a hole which you can see through to the room above, so you can count your privacy going out of the window, the toilet brush had poo on it from people who had stayed previously, there was a silver wire having from the ceiling and gaps in the ceiling tiles and to top it all off the shower was that dirty with limescale, water tried to Escape from the seams of the shower head, when we asked to change rooms again we just got told no!
And you will be lucky to see the receptionist as he is never there!
So we decided to check out early because the place is dangerous and when we asked booking.com for a refund they said the merchant will not refund this, absoulty disgusting hotel, so all the people giving this 10/10 on booking websites are lying, they are proberly on cloud 9 (la la land) just like the receptionist, do not under any circumstances book here, the staff are unhelpful and the customer service is the worst I have ever come across in my entire experience of hotels!
And to top it all off I can't leave a review on booking.com, well isn't that convenient!

I don't recommend it.
We stayed at this hotel and dirty sheets with stains and paper walls, you hear everything that happens both inside the hotel and on the street. The bathroom did not finish cleaning well and there is no one in reception and cockroaches we find two, the doors do not close well and every 2 x 3 you hear slamming

Why all the negatives !!!
Nice clean bed and good shower, room clean but basic but all we needed for a long weekend.
Close to old town and about 20/25 minutes to the livelier bars.

I was really bad the first time I showered there was sand, also the lights went out every 5 minutes which looked like a hidden camera, on top of that the hairdryer is there senselessly because it doesn't reach the little cable and we arrived late to our concert because of thatand with our hair blown out, on the other hand the door makes some noises that seem like at any moment it's going to fall down and kill us all, you couldn't even get into the bathroom and if it squeezes you you'd shit yourself, finally the receptionists are a little memes and the cleaning 0 annoying, I hope you enjoy the bananas and the turkey for the cat that we left you as a gift
