Underrated

Perfect location to the strip and beach, great little hub for all types. Rooms are air conditioned and enough equipment to see you through. The other reviews don't evenly balanced cost and expectation. This place is also equipped with a large pool that's a sun trap, however no bar. Not to worry as you've a supermarket across the road for some tinnies and bars a plenty within a minute or so from your door. We didn't trash our rooms so the deposit was refunded the day we left. 5 star for balance actual 3 star overall

Poor Hygiene dishonesty on deposit

The location of the apartment was perfect. Just a short brisk walk into the centre and easy access to the beach. The check in procedure was quick and easy and our host was accessible on social media ant anll times. Unfortunately that is where the perfection of any description ends. We had to pay a £30 deposit per person inclusive and would be given back at the end.
10 lads 2 apartments you may well think we know how this will end. Now during my 24 years of military service I’ve stayed in some questionable accommodation none more so. Firstly we have had our deposit refused for refund because of excess cleaning that needed to be done to the apartment. Again utter lies. We firstly had 1 bin bag per room which was promptly filled. Being the admin hamster that I am I brought more (sad or organised) upon leaving all major rubbish was removed apart from a few pairs of novelty glasses and some shampoo. Towels were healed together. Washing up placed away some beds stripped ready. Apparently we left holes in the curtains and a small plinth was hanging from a cabinet unit.
What bemuses me is that if we are to be charged for extra cleaning who cleaned before we arrived? Cups were dirty on inside
Bedding was dirty with some questionable stains toilet systen was broke and ran all night the floors were sticky on arrival the kettle did not work and some of the lads (not all) have come back with bed bug bites of which I’m positive were not caught down town.
Whilst I don’t normally review as a group of lads going somewhere rough and ready it ticked a couple of boxes. But to be ripped off and lied to at the end was a pure miscarriage of trust. I’ve stayed in better conditions in FIBUA houses on Salisbury Plain. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

The property won’t refund any deposits and won’t reply until they no you have left the country ROBBERS

I stayed here for 2 days and thought it was grand out gave my deposit when I landed there didn’t mention anything about it but still paid didn’t mind cleaned apartment when I was leaving that morning and left keys for them and now they won’t reply about my refund of deposit and tried blame me for someone else damage and I told them I had proof I didn’t do this and then apologised and tried use some other excuses as to why they won’t refund my deposit which is also lies terrible place to get scammed at honestly

Shameful apartments

Hello the apartments fatal ceilings medium sinks quality price is a disgrace the photos nothing to do with the building, doors of the apartment of the year 60 I do not advise you that if you go to Benidorm fence to the apartments bermuda

Great accommodation and atmosphere. Sayton Limms kept us up all night though!!! Staff were very professional and the food was brill. Excellent location !!!!!! We stayed for five nights and had a great time. We will definitely be back next year.
