Bad experience.

The receptionist was very good, the food was fine, but it was terrible because of the heat; the air conditioning in the room was not set to 30 degrees... very unprofessional on the part of management; we left because of the heat, even though it was stated that it was supposed to be comfortable, it seems zero to me.

Run away, any alternative is better, until you sleep in the car.

Room at 29 degrees, the air conditioning does not work and they knew it, in fact the air does not work in any room on the floor although they advertise to have it. As a solution they have portable air appliances with filters full of scuffles, but the windows are not adapted to fit the hot air extractor that exhausts the air conditioning. The only solution they give you is to open the window wide to take out the hot air generated by the laptop. When I open the windows to extract the hot air the noise is brutal, as it is the village parties, with concerts 50 meters away, plus the terrace of a bar below my window. Among the many kinds of insects have entered the room wasps, being allergic to their bites, imagine the plan. I'm not ruling out that we'll end up sleeping in the car tonight, I'm sure we'll rest there more than in this hellhole.

Lousy customer service in the restaurant

Terrible. A week earlier I booked table x whatsapp because I was not picking up my phone and when we arrived they tell me that the reservation was not signed up but that we can get off to the bar so that “we will be calmer”. I'm not recommending it.

Hotel oleum

It is a hotel that needs renovations, there are lamps that do not work, in the bathroom, there is very little lighting, the pipes smell horrible, and the WiFi does not work either, the breakfast quite normal
