New Hotel

I arrived Thursday very late but met with a fabulous welcome by guy on reception
Hotel is only just opened two weeks.
Rooms are basic but smart and clean
The lift to all floors is excellent
Problem for me is 100% no smoking.
When I got to room it is very modern and great bathroom
Bed is very comfortable and I slept very well
My room did overlook the street but noise levels were very low. I couldn't say I heard much from the street.
Breakfast was not included but at only 7€ it isn't much and is a good selection
There are quite a few coffee shops and fruit shops in the area all fresh and eating not a problem.
It is
A bit off the normal beaten track but that's good to meet and see local life.
10€ in a cab to the main centre and beach
The beach is amazing for facilities food and lounging

Advertised as a B&B on booking.com and it doesn't even offer breakfast. This was quite annoying to find out once arriving at this hotel as part of the reason we had booked it was so we didn't have to worry about breakfast.
It was also nearly impossible to get in touch with a receptionist when you wanted to.
But the room was nice and clean and 15 minute walk to town centre
