Clean and pleasant room

Quality accommodation near public transportation on Diagonal Avenue.
Warm welcome.
Clean, pleasant, spacious, and quiet room.

Spotlessly clean and rooms re-cleaned daily. Comfy beds and good shower. Plenty of storage. Breakfast had enough variety, and freshly squeezed orange juice was nice. I really liked that bottled water was available free of charge in reception and a water cooler on each floor, meaning we could fill our bottles with cold water before going out.
Unfortunately our room's only window was a view of air conditioning tubes, making the room a bit dark - but this didn't really affect our stay.

The hotel is in a convenient location, with easy access to transportation yet walk-able to prime areas of interest, while at the same time, quiet and accessible.
The staff was very helpful and readily assisted with any needs.
Wifi was available and consistent, as well as a computer for use in the lobby area, which was very helpful.
The only negative is that breakfast was not included, and quite pricey.

Good location. The room was ok. The staff was unfriendly. Breakfast between American breakfast with some Spanish things, but nothing remarkable. Good neighborhood and the restaurant in opositor corner was delicious.

I wish they had coffee available all day and night.
otherwise it was great. comfortable beds, very clean. very helpful staff.
