Demeaning, disrespectful and deceptive service

If you want to be groped, humiliated and lied to, come to Saint Antoni Hostal! The breakfast is miserable, they give you as much as they want, if you have to use their kitchen they kick you out or make you pay extra. They collected a deposit of 100 euros, not clear for what, which they did not return.We were insulted, bitter and lied to.

Fraud, not a hotel, bad management

Fraud! Be aware that this is very small hostel (not a hotel) and the toilets are not in the room (not clean either). The management is bad and does not care about guests or their own reputation. Most reviews online are paid in order to keep getting more victims to be taken advantage of!

Disappointed

The plus: location, right next to the Urgel metro station, paid parking, dining area with the possibility of reheating (microwave, kettle, etc.), breakfast included, wifi and fridge in the room.
The least: Small room not corresponding to the pretty photos on the site (needs to be redone), no TV, private bathroom but in the corridor and small, deposit of 300 euros not indicated on the rental site and we We are notified after booking and payment on the website.

Not all costs are shown (at least in Expedia's calculation). You have to pay the city tax an extra 14€ per person per night in cash when you arrive, even if you already paid online via Expedia. The 14€ extra fee per person per night is only listed in the details/further information, not even under extra charges.
