Terrible, it is impossible to sleep.

Terrible experience; a hostel endorsed by the Generalitat that has no control over hygiene and health standards. The bathrooms are infested with mold; out of four bathrooms, two are permanently closed, and the showers have mold on the walls and floor. Open room doors create ghettos, making it impossible to sleep peacefully since there are always people wandering around and making noise, loud music, and different traditions, resulting in people sleeping during the day and at night. Dirty sheets stained with organic matter.
The response from management, Carlos, is evasive; they take no responsibility for anything and offer you to go somewhere else. They do not refund the money for the stay if you leave because you do not like it.
The worst experience even when putting forth your best effort.

DISGUSTING

I stayed here on the 6th of October at 01:00 in the morning, by 2:00 I had reported the noise problem twice nothing was done at 2:45 I went to the toilet, there was poo and wee all over the toilet seat the bin next to the toilets was full of wee and the showers was disgusting soiled underwear hanging I ask for my money back and he said no, i was left with no choice but to leave and sleep on the floor out side the train station, this place is disgusting.
(DO NOT STOP HERE)

disappointed

I give the second star only because the receptionist was hot. the air conditioning didn’t work at all so in our dormitory there were more than 30 degrees. we were not allowed to drink any alcohol in the hostel and this is pretty weird for this type of place.

Nightmare

This hostel was not my first choice. The hostel that I had booked for my stay cancelled at last minute and this was the only place available at such a short notice. I paid 120 Euros for a bed in the 12 bed dormitory !!!
The hostel location is near the Sants station but far from areas of interest. It is located on the first floor and there is no elevator or lift and this may be a problem if you have heavy luggage.
Some of the things that I did not like are:
1) This place is more like a cheap dorm and totally lacks the hostel vibes.
2) The reception staff are not helpful and friendly and more often than not say that they are busy to help.
3) My dorm had a group of 5 people staying together and they were very noisy. The hostel must have a specific group policy for dorms.
4) The AC in the room was not working and the windows were opened for ventilation. As a result noise from the street particularly the garbage van late in the night will keep you awake.
5) The beds are creaky, the mattress are too spongy and the overall appearance is very depressing and dingy.
So overall a very poor stay.

Decent, was clean, a bit pricy

A little pricy and out of the way. Not much privacy because the rooms contain a lot of people. I remember it was a bit of an annoying experience. If I remember the breakfast was extremely tiny, so don't depend on that.
