New name: Más Camins. The perfect B&B

For a month now it has been called Mas Camins. Joana welcomed us. The new owner showed us around the peaceful facilities and provided us with a wonderful breakfast. It has its own parking. A delightful find that I sincerely recommend.

Julie is Superwoman!

Talk about hostess with the mostest. Multilingual Julie has an exquisitely designed and spotlessly-clean home-from-home and manages to nail the admin/smooth running as well as lovingly baking/preparing exceptional breakfasts. I have no idea how she manages it. Perfect location, beautiful surroundings, great local tapas bar/cafe, and a great stop-off if you're doing a UK, France, Spain run. Our two doggies were also welcome.

Cozy Bed and breakfast on the edge of town.

The host was lovely and the house is comfortable and traditional on the edge of a small medieval town. She is friendly, helpful and accommodating; Eg she asked us when we wanted breakfast. And it was a Tasty wholesome breakfast with homemade yogurt, granola and carrot cake.

Very cozy B&B and extremely friendly host

Go there if you need a place to stay.
Julie is so friendly and welcoming.
Because of Covid all restaurants were closed, Julie prepared a 3 course meal for us - very tasty. Good value for money
We had to leave very early next morning and again she made a nice breakfast for us. Many thanks to Julie you are fantastic.
We will definitely come back.

Our Second visit - what a great place to stay

We stayed in March this year and this was our second visit. We were travelling back to the UK with our dog again and we booked Mas Camins as soon as our plans were in place. As before the village is tranquil and picturesque, the old farmhouse oozes character, the rooms are spacious and the en-suite shower excellent. The breakfasts was once again a true delight with cereal, cold meats and cheese, home made marmalade, yoghurts, excellent bread and nice coffee. Our stay was even better this time though. Firstly, Julie was kind enough to pass on the details for her vet and we arranged for our dog to be given his pre-return worming tablets in Figueres on the evening of our arrival. Secondly, we woke up to another stunning morning and I was able to take our dog for his walk on the paths that surround the village just as Julie was going out to feed her horses. At the breakfast table later we were joined by a very friendly, (and thankfully English speaking), Dutch couple who were travelling north with their daughter. That is one of the lovely things about Mas Camins, you can share your experiences with fellow travellers over breakfast and it certainly made our stay more memorable. A final word about the arbequina olive oil that Julie served with the bread at breakfast. It had a wonderful taste and it went wonderfully well with the local bread. Julie advised that the oil was produced locally and the olive trees are fertilised with the manure from her horses. The circle of life! It was so good I will try and put in an order for a bottle or three when we next pay a visit.
