Great place for a stop over

I was travelling from the Costa Del Sol to the Costa Blanca and this hotel was ideal for a one night stay because of its location near to the A7.
Very clean, bedrooms available on the ground floor as there is no lift, reasonably priced with plenty of parking. Across the road is a restaurant and bar belonging to the hotel with excellent service and drinks at a reasonable price. Unable to comment on the food as I did not eat there.

We were looking for rest and it was horrifying

The place at first glance is pretty good, the spacious room with huge wardrobes, the mattress acceptable and isolated from road noise. Parking at the door and your restaurant in front with good cuisine and excellent service.
The problem started the moment he entered the room (about 23:30h); the staff threw themselves all night making noises, dragging something metallic cart, talking loudly as if it were 10 in the morning and slamming doors. Around 05 15 approx we woke up again calling each other out.

A very unpleasant experience.

Except for the food in the restaurant, which was good, I can't say anything nice about the hotel...:
-Hot water did not arrive in the rooms on the upper floor, and when it started to arrive, there was no pressure at all.
-The room was not clean, there were things on the floor.
-Towel and gel service was missing in a double room, as if it had not been replaced
-And the last straw: there were bed bugs in the bed! At 1 in the morning they changed our room (we took one of the bedbugs found to the reception) and in the new one, the bed was made, but dirty, with hair on the sheets. We had to change the sheets that, in theory, were in a room "to enter".
A VERY UNPLEASANT experience.

Excellent service, food good

We were a party of 14 people ranging from aged 5 to 55. The service was excellent and made the evening. There was a kid's menu and the main menu was less Spanish and more rich/sophisticated than expected. A good evening and good local restaurant.

IMPOSIBLE descansar en este Hotel.

Al llegar al hotel, el personal de recepcion me recibio tosiendome en la cara, sin cubrir su boca ni utilizar barbjijo.
Lo hizo una y otra vez durante todo el proceso del Check In, hasta que tuve que pedirle que por favor por lo menos tosiera para otro lado.
Me contesto que el tenia que toser.
NO pude dormir en toda la noche, ya que las paredes son de papel y se escucha absolutamente TODO.
Y el horario de la recepcion es 24 hs, con lo cual llegaron huespedes de madrugada hablando a los gritos por los pasillos.
NO lo recomiendo.
