Extremely nice workers and nice views

Extremely nice receptionist and workers all around the hotel with a smile whenever greeting a newcomer and this hotel has a very nice view of the beach of sunset.

Laguna park 2 with love holidays

Room M04. I have never been to such a shabby hotel as this. 2 of the family members are disabled. (Spine fusions) and we were sold a quad room. It has 2 beds and sofa bed and camp bed in lounge. Kitchen closed, small selection of food. Waiting n for plates. Room infested with cockaroaches. Had to ask to get room cleaned. No welcome pack. Cooker with no shelves, nothing to wash or dry cutlery. Very small dining area with not enough tables. No air con fan makes horrendous noise and barely works. Windows all sealed shut. Just small patio door. No bedside tables or lamps. We have been on the phone constantly with love holidays who have been extremely unhelpful. Will be seeking legal advise when I arrive home.

We have only just got here and so far so good we have come here a lot over the last 8 years never no complaints you know what your getting when you book and once again we are having a great time

Great base hotel

Yet another great stay at laguna park 2 this time with the family great base rooms are clean and tidy.
Staff very polite and welcoming
Bar Amstel is the beer plenty of local spirits and a cocktail of the day with all inclusive but brands are available at cost.
Pool is massive plenty of sunbeds its cleaned regularly but the floor does need updating as there are a lot of broken slabs.
food we never went hungry could do with a little more varieties but the addition of fresh cooked steaks and pork has been very good this year.
this is our 4th visit and will be back again next year
