Bad experience and lack of empathy.

We booked six rooms for six couples, it was essential that they were all of a similar category, we were told that without problem since they had seven rooms, when we got there, it turns out that two already had them occupied, we were provided with the other five and to complete, another that they have for people with reduced mobility and that has nothing to do with the others, Ana was made the claim and ignored claiming that they all have the same price and that if I do not like it is my problem, that the room is comfortable.
You know this lady that I am the client and the one who goes to your establishment called for quality services and payment for them, I will not enjoy a weekend to a rural house of "prestige" and I find a room of road pension.
Disastrous experience and when I asked him for the claim sheet he was still laughing at me, a real shame.
Eye towels have mold.

Perfect place

Very peaceful place in the middle of Galician fields. Awesome host family. We stayed in the seperate two-bedroom house. Nice little pool in the yard. Two funny cats that our kids just loved.
Unluckily the local football team had an anniversary festival about 2km away and the music was really loud until 5:30am. And after that came the fireworks. So maybe check out that it's not an annual thing if you're travelling in July and want a quiet stay.

No geral é um bom local, rodeado de muita natureza e tranquilidade, no entanto há certas coisas que deveriam ser modificadas para uma melhor experiência, por exemplo a toalhas tinham muitas nódoas e o primeiro dia tinha aranhas mortas numa delas, igualmente cabelos na casa de banho, teias de aranha e pó na borda da cama, as janelas também deveriam ser limpas… isolamento é terrível, ouve se tudo do vizinho do lado,quando foram fazer a limpeza ao quarto deixaram a porta por duas vezes aberta por completo ao risco de alguém entrar e tirar as nossas pertences, chegamos muito tarde à noite os dois dias e não foi retificado, tirando isso é uma boa estância, os funcionários são simpáticos, o Parking privado e a piscina é uma mais valia para quem quer descanso.
