Unexpected cancellation
I had reserved the apartment since February; the trip was for early June, and the day before, with everything paid, they canceled on me without giving any explanation. They had even given me the access codes to the apartment. Finding accommodation in La Coruña was completely impossible. So that was a terrible experience with Apartment Santa Lucia; do not book it if you do not want unpleasant last-minute surprises.

Being that the site is renovated and well located, I would not return
Three problems: 1. Arrival/ 2. Shower that floods/ 3. Disco noise. 1. When I booked for Booking I got a Whatsapp (bot) from the accommodation to inform me of everything through that channel. A few days earlier I paid Eary check-in (25 euros) to enter at 14:00 instead of 17:00. On the day of arrival I wrote to the Whatsapp channel to ask for the code and it tells me that they do not know the Early check-in, so I must enter at 17:00. In parallel, they wrote me by Booking, giving me the code, but since all the communication was by Whatsapp I did not look to contrast their error. In the end I didn't go in until the afternoon and the accommodation hasn't returned my money. Impossible to "reason" with the bot. 2. The 4A shower, by its own design, floods the bathroom. I wrote to the bot and his answer was if there was a risk to people call 112. They never gave an answer and we couldn't shower there all weekend. On Monday, waiting for a person from the team to give me an answer, they omitted the subject. 3. Floor 2A has windows in the living room and in one of the rooms that overlook a square where there is a disco, with DJ, which opens until the wee hours of the morning. It also has a terrace. Looks like the party's inside the apartment living room. Despite these three points, it would have greatly improved the experience had the apartment team Saint Lucia been more humane and taken care of its mistakes.

It's not what I expected or what they advertised
It was clearly not what I expected, nor what I gathered from the information that gives booking:
1. No attention. There is no natural person to serve you. All your communications are by mail. The number you give me wasn't met in 16 attempts. They tell you that they will give you emergency phone number that I had to claim by mail numerous times and that I managed the next day to stay.
2. It has no parking, nor is it easy to park nearby. There is the option of public parking at 25 euros day and located about 500 meters from the accommodation.
3. I think the photos they provide may be from the top floor, but not the one we stayed. The terrace has no views, and the room overlooks an inner courtyard.
4. Bad-reduced check in and check out times. At 17 (when I am used to arrivals in accommodation at 15) and departure before 11 (when others offer you at 12). Total are 3 hours less enjoyment of the accommodation.
5. Insecurity because you can't close the door inside. The lock on the outside is only the security code (unlocked). So the sense of security implies that no one knows that key or that none of those who know it use it.
6. Poor bathroom design (neither matches the photo): shower leaking water. Toilet that occupies part of the door step.
7. No basics in the kitchen: note that there is no kitchen paper, no paper napkins, which has a sink but no scrubbing utensils: no detergent, no scouring pad.

Deceptive advertising, we rent a room and we are not informed that it is totally interior and in the reservation we put a picture outdoors.
