Basic lacklustre service
While the place is lovely and the surroundings peaceful, we were very disappointed with our stay. The lack of management and oversight is glaring - the staff try their best but we found the staff to be untrained and lacking in etiquette so the service is quite unrefined - the check-in was very basic and underwhelming (basically room reveal), unrefined table service, expired condiments, and the place is only superficially cleaned (but actually it’s dirty and desperately needs a deep clean).
I've also attached photo's showing the dirty shower, dirty and damaged walls, dirty chairs, neglected maintenance and expired condiments. This stay was far from the 4* or 5* that we expected.
