Wundervolle Urlaubstage in der Villa
Die Villa Elasan liegt keine 5 Minuten Fußweg vom Badesteg Bleder See entfernt und bietet 4 Personen viel Platz. Ein Zimmer im Obergeschoss, über schmale und steile mit Teppich belegte Treppe erreichbar, mit schöner Sicht auf den See. Das andere Zimmer neben dem Salon, 2 Türen, 1 Bett dazwischen, genug Platz für ein paar Tage. Salon und Esszimmer (haben wir für Yoga geräumt und genutzt) groß und hohe Decken, gutes Raumgefühl. Küche geräumig und mit dem Notwendigen ausgestattet. Der Gastgeber brachte während unseres Aufenthaltes noch weitere Gläser und stellte einen Sonnenschirm zur Verfügung. Nicht günstig, aber man bekommt eine einzigartige Location für sein Geld, vor allem wenn man alte Mögel, hohe Decken und den Charme der Vergangenheit mag.

Unique villa
We did choose this villa because of unique style and location. It is standing just 5 min walking distance from spectacular lake Bled. In that end of the lake is olympic rowing club and there is a sign that swimming is not allowed. But hundreads of people are swimming there anyway and it looks like a popular beach for locals and tourists. There is cafeteria and ice cream shop next to rosing club. Bled camping is nearby and there you can find more services. Restaurant, rentals, connection to island etc.
Surrounding is quiet, after beach is empty there are no noices. Walks from villa are fantastic. Walk around the lake is spectacular. There is local train station nearby too as well as tourist ”train” hop-in, hop off station.
And the villa. It is beautiful old house, build 1870. Unique architecture in this alpine-style area. It has 2 bedrooms, both with double bed. Large livingroom, dining room, kitchen and 2 bathrooms. Decoration is veey nice and furnitures matching with style of the villa. Parking is in front of the door. It has front garden and terrace.
I would gave 4 or even 5 points, but one things made our stay quite uncomfortable.
Outside temperature was 32 C and indoors 26,5 C due to lack of aircon. Dennis, very friendly contact person who is looking after the villa rentals,told us it is not needed because night temperatures are much lower. This summer 2018 seems to be hotter than average and indoor temperature stayed up to 26,5 all days and nights. Luckily we had one powerful table fan with us to help to stand the temperature.
Another thing to lower points is kitchen. It is badly out of date and lacking many basic kitchen tools like cutting board.
All tourist attractions are nearby. Supermarket Mercator 10 min drive. Town of Bled 2 km walk.

Wundervoller Aufenthalt
Wir hatten um die Jahreswende einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt mit drei Personen in dieser wunderschönen alten Villa mit herrlichen Ausblick auf den See von Bled. Die Fotos im Internet stimmten alle und waren nicht manipuliert. Die schönen, alten Räumlichkeiten waren ebenso wie die antiken Möbel wunderbar gepflegt. Die Zimmer waren sauber und sehr geräumig. Wir kommen wieder.
