Wonderful Stay in Nis

I had a wonderful stay at the Vila Nova in Nis, very comfortable and clean hotel, the owners and staff were very accommodating and helpful. The Vila Nova is convenient to the City Center and the Central Train Station, and a short walk or taxi from the Central Bus Station. Nis is a nice city to visit, with friendly citizens, great food at most reasonable prices, and the stay was made better by a clean and convenient Vila Nova, and a most welcoming and helpful staff, I highly recommend the Vila Nova for your stay in Nis. Very nice

We were living in Vila Nova one month because we were part of exchange student programme with university in Nis and we were happy with everything: rooms are cosy and clean, we had all nessecery equipment- washing machine, clothes dryer, iron (hair dryer,good tv, fridge- in room). Everything working and new. Launge zone is very clean and equiped with everything that is need for kooking. Nice yard in front of the hotel. Lication is conviniet, quite close to the centre (10 minutes by feet), only problem: sometimes it is difficult to explain taxi drivers there the place is, because the street is small and quiet. Stuff is very helpfull and friendly. During this month, Villa Nova became for us more like home than just a good accomodadion. Absolutelly - reccomend.

Уют, чистота и удобство

Это действительно замечательный отель! Здесь есть все необходимое: стиральная и сушильная машина, утюг и гладильная доска, чайник, чистые столовые приборы и посуда, электрическая мини-плита, совмещённая с печью. В номере: большой телевизор (есть Россия 24), кондиционер, маленький холодильник, фен. Санузел совмещённый. Жила с друзьями, всем очень понравилось; уютно, чисто, меняют постельное и полотенца, хозяйка очень хорошая женщина, всегда интересовалась: "удобно ли нам?" Однозначно советую этот отель!

Pulito e funzionale

Bed and breakfast pulito e rimodernato. Colazione buona. Vicino al centro. Per me è stato un ottimo appoggio ad un prezzo onesto. Signora che lo gestisce discreta e di poche parole. Contesto molto silenzioso
