Excellent service and comfortable rooms, i truly enjoyed my stay at ross hotel welcoming atmosphere with professional staff i would definitely come back again.

Arrived at 5pm and was told that the room wasn't ready yet. Photos on the booking site are misleading, the room and particularly bathroom urgently need upgrading - leaking bathtub, terrible smell, hot water only after letting water run for a while.

I arrived at the hotel and was told to wait, and that the hotel was full. They then drove me to another hotel, the Hotel Myan, which was of a lesser quality, but I had to accept as I was on a conference and all other hotels were sold out. Bad and unreliable / unacceptable service from Ross Hotel & from Expedia!!

A lot wrong with my stay, but the key issues:
My shower door leaked and flooded my bathrooom floor. Despite asking twice and both times a technician coming it was still not fixed!
Second - i put a wool jumper to be washed, explained it was wool and hand wash. Came back shrunk. It's was £200 worth ruined.
Beyond this, the beds are uncomfortable, pillows like rocks and the quality of finishing is like a 2 star hotel. Plus no one speaks English bar the reception.
Terrible experience.

Room power was not working, never was cleaned even when asked for cleaning service.
