Good choice

The staff are friendly and showed high hospitality. The room is spacious, clean and well equiped. The ambiance is very quite. It is located in a residential district and there are so many nearby resturants, cafes...etc.

One of my worst experiences

By far the worst experience I’ve had in a long time as a business traveller. I thought instead of carving out $300/night for an international hotel, I’ll give this one a chance. Big mistake. Upon check-in, they were unable to find my booking, which they resolved by giving me a higher room that I booked, more expensive of course; after I showed them my booking.com booking, they changed it back to the right room however, I got an upgrade because the original room was not available. Very nice I have to say. However, my room has no windows whatsoever, so I am completely locked into a concrete cubicle that has no view of any outside. The Internet in this place is beyond imagination, it even took a couple of attempts to write and save this review. Earlier this morning, I was unable to open any website. So if you think you can have a zoom call or watch a Netflix movie here, you are mistaken. I will never come again and if it wasn’t only for two nights, I would have checked out the first morning, that I woke up here.

Very bad behavior from rooms staff

I left my shirt in the room and checked out , I tried to call the hotel with no answer , I sent my friend next day morning to get the shirt but they said we didn't found it !!!! Am really chocked , it's not the first time to stay there but I don't think I will visit such as bad hotel with bad room staff like that , shame on you

It’s Filthy Hotel

I had great opinion about Boudl been staying in their chain last 7 year but this one is one of the worst in the Whole of KSA . Unfriendly staff, leave you with no option but stay in filthiest room ... show is broken, floor is dirty pretty much broken fine room with take it or leave it deal !!

Average hotel

This hotel is one of a big chain of Boudl hotels. The hotel is clean and the staff are friendly and helpful.
I stayed at room 401. They have a problem with the keys of the rooms. Every time I come in to my room I had to try to open the door for 5 to 10 times. I had to swipe the card of the room many times until I can open it. Many times I had to go down to the reception and they send one of the staff with me to open the door.
The other issue that I faced was the noise. Since my room was near the elevator, while I’m at the room I was hearing the bill of the elevator all the time and that was noisy specially at the early morning.
