Umrah Trip

Weather at Madinah is more comfortable than cooler Istanbul. We start our journey to visit the 2nd great mosque in Islam...Masjid Nabawi, sprawling majestically right in the centre on Madinah. We also visit Masjid Al Qubra, another mosque built by our Prophet Muhammad SAW.
Concorde Hote is just about 100 mtr from the gate no 12. Just like other hotel in Madinah, most hotel are fully booked but services and food are still good. Guess they are used to these overcrowd.
Spent 5 days here visiting others historical site...am looking forward to the drive to Mecca Mukarammah.

The manager is extremely rude. He has no customer service experience. I had my booking refused and left me to find another hotel, which took too much of my time and hassle. If you want to ruin your experience book here.

Horrible Management service

Terrible terrible service.
So first we made a booking, but due to travel time we informed them of our arrival which happened to be after the check in. We called, emailed and made sure they know we were still coming but just with a two hour delay.
We reach and they immediately tell us no room available. We show them our information and the only thing the reception kept saying was no room available. So rude.
Turned out they SOLD our room which we already paid for. Even after we told them about our late arrival. The receptionist was again rude and unapologetic about the fact that he just made 7 travellers homeless.
The only reason they get 1 star at all is because someone from the hotel was kind enough to show us another hotel available.
Do not recommend.

Not for couples and families

Booked for 7 nights for a couple but no 2 bed room is available. Have changed 2 bed rooms to 4 or 5 bed rooms. No breakfast in hotel is provided as a part of package. Wifi only works in reception. We left after one night. Staff in reception is rude and not cooperative. Groups can stay there on economical package

Distance and quality wise, its a very good hotel

Near to Ladies gate, neat and tidy rooms, nice staff and other amenities. proper 4 star hotel. 200 mts from ladies salaam gate and 200 mts from gents salaam gate. all shopping area nearby and in surrounding
