Just great

Nice service!!! Responsive administrators... Cozy rooms... Everything you need for a normal rest!!! Clean linen.... Very quiet and calm... Been more than once.... I liked everything.... Upon arrival in Barnaul, only this hotel!!!!

Clean modern rooms, but not what they said

So we had been hiking in Altai for a week and came to Barnaul after 12 hours in small cars on bumpy roads. I had booked a place to me and my girlfriend with 1) a nice room, 2) a good restaurant with nice breakfast and 3) a spa with a sauna.
When we arrived everything was dark. The staff told me that the restaurant was out of order, except for breakfast, and that the spa was closed. The next morning they could not even serve the breakfast and told me that "tomorrow it will work again".
So I had paid for a lot of things but the only thing I got was a room. And to be fair it was nice.
The only good experience I had from this place is that the manager didn't hesitate to give me back the money I had paid for everything when I told him that we're changing hotels.
So don't stay at this place if you expect what they write in the booking.

First time learnings!

Located not far from the central part of the city but in a very undeveloped part of the city kind of like the outskirts. No active public transport. Breakfast is brought in from outside, by the time it reached your room, it's on the colder side. Portions are good. Staff is not very well trained. No lift in the building. Not sufficient furniture to sit & work.

best hotel in barnaul

got to the hotel after two days riding 1600 km with my motorbike.
the rooms are new and very comfertable , shower is perfect , clean and new . the owner is buker friendly , we were 5 bikers at the same time at the hotel . there is a closed parking in the garage and cameras + guard at the entrance 24/7.
you can get guided tours at the city with the help of pavel - the owner son , who took us also to a pub and arround the city .
in short - best low cost hotel in barnaul - go there !!
