This hotel is excellent, has surpassed my expectations for the second time I've been here! It is worth 4-stars, I hope it will receive that recognition.

We come here every year but this year the dude at the reception put a dent in our stay as soon as we arrived.
Zero communication skills. Absent from the reception every 10 minutes he would disappear for 10-15 min.
He refused to open the doors between our rooms claiming he does not have a key.
His colleagues confirmed that was a lie.
We had to change our sleep configuration (small kids) which was a major inconvenience to say the least

Great Spa

Very nice big rooms and great spa. Staff was nice and friendly. Great location Unfortunately the parking area is too small amd I had to park on the side of the road away fron the hotel. The cleaning lady never cleaned the room, even when the sign on the door was askibg for it.

Super weekend

Everything was very nice and good. The staff is very nice. The services of the hotel Ensana Ursina are excellent. We had very delicious coffee at the Lavanda bar. The buffet breakfast and dinner were very tasty!

Nagyon örülünk az értékelésének, annál is inkább, hogy nemcsak a szálloda szolgáltátasiaval voltak elégedettek, hanem a személyzetünk külön is kivívta elismerését. Great experience!

Good breakfast and dinner. Love the SPA: the temperature in the water is just right. 2 saunas available (one with the temperature between 80-100 and the other between 40-60 degrees).
Good coffee served at the bar.
The rooms are well heated. Cable tv available with a large variety of programs in different languages (romanian, hungarian, english, german, italian)
