Really good price for quality. Simple and efficient hotel
TO;DR: clean, nice, simple, respectul and helpful staff, budget location with hostel prices, highly recommended.

The place is a budget hotel and it's not trying to pretend it's more.
What it does, is offering really quality, simple services at good prices with more than professional staff.
I was expecting a clean and simple place where to put my head down as I was in town for a wedding. This was last minute and I gave them a call in the morning to book a room.
We arrived around 8 in the evening, and already the staff was trying to find which room would suite us best, in terms of beds and noise.
The place is only two years old. The room had a simple, yet efficient decore and was really clean. I'm allergic to dust, so I can fee really fast when cleaning was skipped or not done properly. Here, the simple furniture and lack of carpet meant they could clean it easily thus my allergies where in check.
The rooms have no AC, this was clearly stated on their website and understood by me, and in the price range ot was not expected, even more expensive places don't have it.
It was a bit hard to find it and the buildings around it looked a bit strange, we had to stop for a second as we were not confident in the neighborhood. But right next to the hotel there's a really nice and well maintened public playground, which means the neighborhood is quite nice and quiet. Combined with the multitude of surveillance cameras around the hotel and parking spots, I was more than confident to leave my car there without unloading it.
We skipped breakfast, as we were trying to get a fast start in the morning. I can only say the way awesome, if breakfast is st least half that good, then it's worth it. The staff insisted we get a coffee to start they day, while we load the car, on the house.
I stayed (for work) in a lot of hotels from different chains and price ranges and never have I seen so friendly and nice staff. For me that's the best part of every acomodation, staff that goes beyond their attributes to make guests happy. You can be the fancies hotel, if your staff is ignorant and disrespectful people will not return. Hopefully, management already knows this and keeps the staff happy and motivated as this will be seen in their attitude and dedication. Really impressed by the people working there :)
If I will be in Sebeș again, I will return here with pleasure.

It should not be called HOTEL. There is no air condition in rooms- in the summer!!!!. We had to wait 3 hours for towels as it was not prepared before our arrival, meantime I was taking trips up and down to reception and the only answer was: It will be ready soon.. The food is average. They are serving coffee only in the morning. Definitely avoid this place.

Very nice experience!
We stayed in this hotel for 2 nights as my husband had to attend in Mercur Ballroom which is situated at the exit from Alba Iulia, on DN1, and Sebes was closer. Eventhough the neighbourhood where the hotel is situated is not the most friendly(is quiet but poor) Eka is a building very well renovated, everything is almost new, very very clean. Towels are changed dialy and the hosts are very friendly, they help you with everything they can. Also the breakfast is ok, enough food to start the day and the coffee is really good.
I recommend it for certain! Good value for money!

Nice hotel
I was here for 1 night in August with my son and mother. We were on a 2 days trip. The hotel is new, the room was ok, clean, the bed was comfortable. The bathroom also clean, it had hot water. The girl at the reception was very nice.
We had a room on the ground floor, it was quite and we slept well (also because we were so very tired). The hotel is located between some apartment blocs, and difficult to find if you don't use google maps.
The main disadvantage is that it is quite far from the center of the city, but closer to the road that leads to Alba Iulia.

I recommend
It is located very close to the highway, also accessible. It is very clean, modern, and the people are extremely welcoming. We arrived at around 23.30, and they were expecting us with a prepared room, and an extra bed for the child.
