Basic near the airport

Nice hotel to spend a night near the airport.
Pros: 24-hour airport pick-up and drop-off service, clean, hot water, price.
Cons: There is no elevator and the shower leaks water, making the floor a slippery pool.

- The pillows are terrible, very uncomfortable and you cannot rest because of them.

Receptionist was rude, no warm water, coffee machine broken, shuttle left early.

The only good thing I can say about this hotel is that the room was clean. Otherwise, everything was wrong. First, I was met by an exceptionally rude receptionist, who behaved as if I was a beggar. Then, there was no warm water until the next day in the morning. The air conditioning was not working, the coffee maker was not functional, and I was about to miss the 6:00 AM shuttle to the airport because the receptionist told me to be there at 5:55 and the shuttle left at 5:50. I was lucky that I came down a little earlier and I barely made it to the shuttle. The room was noisy from the airplanes landing about every 20 minutes, just out of my window.

great option for a night before a flight

I had an early flight so I preferred being close. came late in the evening and just needed a few hours of sleep before my flight.
Prons: very good/cheap price
free shuttle to the airport 24/7
free coffee machine at the entrance
very decent room: single bed and not a big room but clean
Cons: not really.....

Normally a maximum 2-star hotel / parking lot, mediocre conditions in terms of price / services. The heating in the rooms could not be turned off and the cleanliness left much to be desired.
However, it received one star because of an employee who started to get hysterical like a savage because I had written the wrong email adress. Although the situation had been clarified by an employee 3 days before and on the spot by the man at the reception with calmness and professionalism, the frustrated driver continued to comment despite the insistence of his colleagues to calm down.
Weak, pathetic and embarrassing. I recommend the Bucharest zoo if you want to see wild animals, it's much nicer and cheaper.
