Sprawling

The complex is large. Our room was without toilet paper or towels. There is air conditioning, a safe and a hair drier but no fridge. The dining room is separate from the accommodation. There is an enormous pool, possibly Olympic size and a tennis court.

Bad experience.

Unfortunatly we had a bad experience,we stay for one night at Mamaruta,the room was big enough,simple but the big problem is the cleaning,the rooms look like there was no cleaning before guests arrive. The bathroom looks awful,mess everywhere ,toilet,shower cabin,sink,floor,we found hair on the sheets and the floor wasn't moped.Very dissappointed,never come back!!!

Pensionu Mamaruta Aka Complex Turistic Ocna Sibiului WORST EXPERIENCE

With the name "Complex Turistic Ocna Sibiului" is sold online Pensionu Mamaruta, a *** Hotel with the characteristic of * star max, which is not strange in Romania.
When I arrived I didnt saw a Hotel bit a room rentals, that what seem the place.
It have a very bad internet connection.
The place don't have main services of a *** hotel,
it don't have Three piece suite at the reception, luggage service
Beverage offer in the room, Telephone in the room, Heating facility in the bathroom, hair-dryer, cleansing tissue, Dressing mirror, place to put the luggage/suitcase
Sewing kit, shoe polish utensils, laundry and ironing service
Additional pillow and additional blanket on demand
Systematic complaint management system. But here the worst
When i arrived I heard noisy metal and rock music near my room. I told to the owner but he didn't care. I could not sleep so I left the room at 2 am. Its * at maximum for my opinion. No had working tv no air condition no gas heating but just little electric heater near bed.
This is a 0 stars hotel, i wonder why the owner write *** and use different name to sell other thing, that not correct.
