Weekend perfect

Perfect accommodation for exploring the Danube Delta: wonderful host (it's a family business), the owner- wonderful guide on the Danube's arms, the owner-cook on 10, cleanliness-10, comfort-10 and wifi with speed-10! We will be back! Good luck in your business!

Outstanding accommodation and trip to Delta

We stayed 2 nights in this accommodation, a group of 7 ppl rented 4 rooms. The rooms are comfortable and very clean. The toilets are modern and spotlessly clean. The accommodation is unique in the sense that you feel at home. Mrs. Badea cooked a delicious truly local fish soup while Mr. Badea took us out on a Delta trip. He organizes trips to the Delta in very modern boats and he is truly knowledgeable about the best spots to see in the Delta. We really enjoyed our stay and warmly recommend it.

Nice location, wonderful people!

We went at Casa Badea as a recommendation from my parents and it was a great experience.
Ionut has a personal boat and he knows very well the Danube reservations, chanells and lakes. It is a pleasure to travel with him in the reservation and learn so many new things.
Angi, cooked for us some special dishes: fish soup (storceag) and main dish with fish (mamaliga cu crap). You can ask for refill.
Pet friendly: we took our chihuahua with us.
Am ajuns la Casa Badea la recomandarea parintilor si pot spune ca a fost o alegere foarte buna.
Ionut are o barca personala cu care am fost pe Dunare, lacuri si canale. E asemeni unui ghid, de la care poti invata multe lucruri in timpul calatoriei.
Angi, a gatit pentru noi supa de peste, storceag, si crap cu mamaliguta. Poti sa ceri sa iti mai aduca.
Am fost in vacanta si cu catelul nostru, un chihuahua. Desi nu prea accepta animale am reusit sa ii convingem sa ne accepte pe toti.
O sa revenim cu drag!

Wonderful Stay - A Must Return

Casa Badea and its location offer the visitor everything required to enjoy the most memorable of excursions. My only sadness being the short length of our stay. Jon, the host, provides an exceptionally warm and environmentally knowledgeable welcome, plus wife Angie ensures facilities are spotless and guest’s catered for (super carp and polenta:).

A wonderful oasis with everything on offer to discover this jewell of nature

Pensiunea Casa Badea is a green garden and a warm, comfortable and quiet place to rest and contemplate the day's incursions into the magnificent expanse of the Danube Delta. And, to add to this, while Ionut maps for you all the tour options along canals and lakes, with their particular ecological and ornithological treasures, Angi can prepare for you the best local fish dishes. The lunches and evening dinners we had on the terrace were the crowning for the day. Ionut has at least a couple of boat option tailored for the particular tour and guests' interests and his knowledge of the Delta in its entirety is of great value. The place offers all options, including facilities for self catering tourists, thus providing a fully functional kitchen and dining room, adjacent to Rooms 1 and 2, plus a separate block named the 'Foisor' with cooking and dinning facilities and gas brick-oven, should you wish to grill/BBQ. The balmy summer nights are a delight.
