Best restaurant in Mangalia

This is the best restaurant in Mangalia. It is perfectly located on the steep shore of the Black Sea, hidden between linden trees. The food, the service, and the politeness of the staff are of high rank. Each evening is seasoned with a nice concert. My special recognition goes to Anca Gavrilă who has a warm and powerful voice.

I arrived at this terrace/restaurant at 10:30. The waiters acknowledged us only after about 15 minutes, brought us the menus, and then another 15 minutes passed before someone came to take our order.
Unfortunately, we were then told that no food was available because the kitchen was closed. We had not been informed of this when we arrived.
We still decided to order two coffees and a bottle of water. The coffee was extremely poor, and we then waited another 15 minutes just to receive the bill.
With all due respect, whoever is managing the staff here really needs to make some changes. I am writing this review because this is not the first time we have had this kind of experience at this location.
The place itself is very beautiful and looks great, which makes the situation even more disappointing. We have tried this restaurant almost every year, but unfortunately this seems to be an ongoing problem.

Beautiful hotel , clean, the staff was attentive and breakfast was good. I had a great view from my room. Ocean view.

Good place, unfortunately the air conditioning did not work

Excellent location close to the beach, has no loungers.
The hotel is quiet, friendly staff.
The best: your breakfast.
The spacious room, comfortable bed, utensils necessary for a comfortable stay, unfortunately, it is unforgivable that in a city like Mangalia with its hot climate the air conditioning does not work properly: the room looked like a sauna, it was cooler outside.
