Great stay & amazing food

My Romanian friends took me here. for a weekend in the mountains.
We had an absolute fabulous stay in this cozy, little mountain hotel. Very clean rooms, wooden furniture and a very well functioning bathroom. The summer garden (gradină de vară) is simply amazing, providing a lots of trees and flowers as well as little cottages with tables for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. The waitresses are very polite, speedy and create a welcoming hospitality. The traditional food is very good and the prices extremly inexpensive. an exceptional place where I'd like to be back again. PS: if you like boletus mushrooms, taste the "Tocanita de hribi" dish with Polenta or Mashed Potatoes. Abolutely amazing!

A very special place.

The place itself was amazing, big gardens with lovely terraces and traditional ornaments. Loads of different flowers embracing the place.
The food was unbelievable. Traditional cousine, very well prepared, quickly served at great prices
We had a great time and for sure we will come back!

Beautiful garden, excellent food

After trying, unsuccessfully, to find a decent restaurant on the Bistrita Valley, we came across the Orizont Restaurant accidentally. We had little expectations and were pleasantly surprised to discover the wonderful garden, hidden behind the parking, surrounded by a tall wooden fence. Food was very delicious; whatever you're having, you have to try the house speciality - lipie de casa (homemade flat bread). The garden is incredibly well- kept (we visited in August), all flowers were in bloom. The service was quick and the prices, very reasonable.

nice garden and nice food

From the road doesn't look extraordinary, however, the garden is very beautiful and the food very good. The restaurant has it's own parking space. I have not seen the restaurant and the rooms from the pension and rating is only for the garden and the food.
