A nice surprise...

Very clean hotel and very safe. Not big,not charming, but a very spacious and sunny room, with new furniture.Close to the Danube River.
The breakfast was ....Yummy, yummy !
Very good price and very good service.

we arrived in the evening, there were three of us, two parents and their daughter just arrived already offer us two different rooms, one single and one double, we get to the rooms and one was USED, not clean (attachment photo) , air conditioning unusable in both rooms, baskets not emptied, used towels, carpet and floor dirty THREE FLOORS WITHOUT ELEVATOR a hotel anything but 3 stars

Too many unpleasant surprises, better go to a hotel in the city center.

Positive aspects: The hotel is clean and the staff very friendly.
Negative aspects:
- Unfortunately in my room the wifi did not work.
- Paying by credit card I paid more than agreed: I should have paid 172.25 she instead charged me (without informing me and without possibility to cancel the transition and pay cash!) in euro 39.55
At the time of payment they did not want to issue the receipt of the POS, also after my insistence they gave me a similar receipt, but not that of the POS. After another request they finally gave me the receipt of the POS where the final payment was indicated in euros and not in her (with an increase in the cost of 8%!!!!)

New, clean and basic with a great breakfast

The title says it all. Also a fair price. Good option if you need lodging in Turnu-Severin. Close to the Danube River, separated by the highway. Next to a large pond with many frogs that sound amazing.

A really nice surprise

This hotel was the biggest surprise of our entire trip. It seems that when you expect less you get the maximum:). It is located not far from the city center, the hotel having a big yard, away from the road, ensuring a quite location. We got an apartment which was huge, with a comfortable bed and bright room, a tree nearby with lot of birds singing wonderful in the morning. The bath was incredibly clean and looking like furnished recently, with nice decorations. We enjoyed the breakfast and the dinner we had here, at a very good price. The service was also very good and I do recommend this location for anyone travelling to Drobeta Turnu-Severin. They have discovered a warm water spring near their gates and are planning to build a swimming pool there. So, who knows, next time we come here we can have a swimming session.
